  • Enter your code at the keypad and press the small lock icon button.
  • When the door unlocks you will hear a click. Go ahead and come in.

Locking Up Troubleshooting

The front door is custom natural wood and can bow slightly with desert heat. This video shows exactly how to make sure it locks properly every time.

  • Pull the door firmly toward you, then press the white Yale button.
  • All numbers on the keypad will light up to confirm it locked properly.
  • If you see an X pattern or hear a warning tone, pull again and retry.

One remote controls three things around the property: the backyard string lights, the bluetooth speaker, and the neon sign in the living room.

A simple walkthrough of the espresso maker so your morning cup comes together fast.

  • Pods and supplies are stocked in the kitchen cabinet above the machine.

Using the BBQ

The BBQ runs on propane and is straightforward to fire up. This video walks through turning it on and shutting it down when you're done.

  • The tank starts in the closed position. Turn it on before use.
  • Always turn the propane fully off when you are finished.

A quick walkthrough of turning on the propane and getting the fire pit lit safely.

  • Hold the igniter button while pushing in and rotating the gas knob counterclockwise.
  • Once lit, release the igniter and adjust the knob to your preferred flame level.
  • Always turn the propane fully off when you are finished.

Using the Hot Tub

How to remove the cover, run the jets, and put everything back the right way when you are done.

  • Remove both straps before opening the cover. This is a city requirement.
  • Place the cover on the deck only, never on the dirt or ground.
  • When finished, turn off lights, jets, and blower, then replace the cover and reattach both straps.

Patio Cushions

How to put the gazebo seating cushions on and stow them properly when your stay is over.

  • Cushions are stored in the bin under the gazebo.
  • Attach cushions using the straps. It gets very windy, so keep everything tied down.
  • Return all cushions to the storage bin at checkout.

How to attach and remove the hammocks from the posts without any guesswork.

  • Remove the carabiner from the eyelet, thread the hammock end through, then reattach the carabiner.
  • One adult per hammock, or up to two children.
  • Return hammocks to the storage bin when you are done.

The primary bathroom has a fun neon sign feature. Here's how to turn it on and off.

  • Switch is located near the sink in the primary bathroom.
  • Please turn it off when you are done enjoying it.
